Our School vision ‘Together We Succeed, is driven by our intent to raise the aspirations, improve the health and celebrate the diversity of our community. We believe, due to our lived experience, and we know, due to our statistical analysis, that these shared issues are fundamental to the particular circumstances of our school. We believe that this vision is applicable not only to the external: the surrounding community and its citizens, but also to the internal: our staff. Our staff want their school to excel, they want to retain school’s uniqueness whilst collaborating with colleagues across our Multi-Academy Trust and beyond. Our curriculum enables that excellence, protects that uniqueness and enables the collaboration which our staff demand so that they can achieve our vision and provide the education our communities need. Children’s learning is at the heart of everything we do, and in seeking to unlock each child's potential, we provide a happy, safe and stimulating environment to enable them to develop a positive self image, build on what they already know, and take advantage of and provide opportunities for them to interact and learn from each other.
